A novel doubled folded quarter mode substrate integrate waveguide (DFQMSIW) resonator based on low temperature co-fired ceramic(L TCC) is proposed, and a plane cascade connected DFQMSIW tunable filter design the resonator. The double-order realizes center frequency linearity, which works at 1.6GHz with adjustable range of 51.8% insertion loss 1.2dB, return less than -15dB. coplanar cavity coupling structure achieves bandwidth switchable.

This paper presents a high gain wideband omnidirectional COCO antenna array.The array operates at 1500MHz-2000MHz and can be used for mobile communication.The planar micro-strip is composed of seventeen trapezoidal patch antennas with different sizes.By loading matching resistance, the achieve an impedance bandwidth 28.5% VSWR<=2, it has good horizontal radiation characteristics.The out-of-roundness less than 0.3 dB highest 9dB.
