A 23-year-old male that evolved to complete bilateral post-nuclear facial paralysis (House & Brackman Grade VI) after be involved in automobile accident followed by temporal bone fracture. The patient undergone a decompression surgery performed an ENoG on the 18th day revealing absence of muscular response.
