Abstract As one of the largest single-radiation sources phytophagous insects, higher level phylogeny lepidopteran lineages has been debated for decades, especially early divergences nonditrysia. Here, we use 74 mitochondrial genomes representing seven nonditrysian superfamilies, including newly sequenced eight families and 30 species. Four datasets were constructed used a phylogenetic analysis based on maximum likelihood (ML) Bayesian inference (BI) methods. The results reveal that (1)...

A new genus of the spider subfamily Coelotinae, Sinocoelotes gen. n., with nine species, is described from Yunnan and Sichuan Provinces in southern China. The species are: cangshanensis sp. n. (♀), hehuaensis (♂♀), luoshuiensis mangbangensis (♀) Yunnan; kangdingensis ludingensis mahuanggouensis muliensis yanyuanensis (♂) Sichuan. In addition, six Coelotes are transferred to genus: acicularis (Wang, Griswold & Ubick, 2009), comb. forficatus (Liu Li, 2010), guangxian (Zhang, Yang, Zhu Song,...

In the present study, a risk assessment of plant food supplements (PFS), traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) and herbal teas containing alkenylbenzenes was performed using Margin Exposure (MOE) approach. The levels in botanical preparations collected on market were quantified combined estimated daily intake (EDI) determined dose additivity. EDI values obtained assuming equal potency all detected PFS, TCM 0.3 to 14.3, 0.05 539.4 0.04 42.5 μg/kg bw/day, respectively. Calculating taking into...

In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) of Gibbovalva kobusi was at first sequenced by high-throughput sequencing. As a circular DNA molecule, mitogenome is 15,717 bp in length (GeneBank accession number: MK956103) and consists 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, 2 ribosomal (rRNA) an AT-rich region. The nucleotide composition A (41.0%), C (11.6%), G (7.9%), T (39.5%). Based on sequences from 11 species as ingroups 3 superfamily Tineoidea...

To determine the genetic cause of an infant with multiple congenital anomalies.Routine karyotype analysis and chromosome microarray (CMA) were carried out for her parents.CMA has detected a 9.3 Mb duplication at 9q34.11-q34.3. G-banding suggested that 46,XX,der(1)add(1)(p34.1) karyotype, while father was 46, XY, t(1,9)(p36.3;q34.1). Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) confirmed 9q34 derived from balanced translocation by father.A within region featuring anomalies. CMA FISH have enabled...

In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome of Hydrelia parvulata (Staudinger, 1897) was firstly sequenced by high-throughput sequencing. As a circular DNA molecule, it is 15,407 bp in length (GenBank accession number: MN962739), which consists 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, 2 ribosomal (rRNA) and an AT-rich region. The nucleotide composition A (39.8%), C (11.6%), G (8.2%), T (40.4%). Based on sequences mitogenome from 10 geometrid species as ingroups 3...

The complete mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) of Lyssa zampa was first reported. It is 15,314 bp in length (GenBank accession number: MW435592) and consists 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, two ribosomal (rRNA) genes. nucleotide composition A (41.5%), C (11.1%), G (7.4%), T (40.0%).
