The results of investigations diffusion bonding an alloy based on titanium nickelide are presented. effect the welding conditions strength joint in sheet semi-finished products is investigated. experimental show that main reason for reduction mechanical properties welded interaction weld surfaces with residual oxygen. This formation brittle intermetallic compounds enriched at periphery zone.

Alumo-matrix dispersion-hardened composite materials are widely used in engineering due to the combination of high strength and low density, allowing production lightweight endurable structural elements for various purposes. They manufacturing abrasive, triboengineering products, parts internal combustion engine cylinder-piston group, airframe other special products. The paper is aimed study fracture mechanism a layered Al–Al 2 O 3 –Al 4 C on static loading impact. Specimens were obtained by...

Technology of obtaining porous titanium implants vertebrae and intervertebral discs by diffusion welding is developed. It established that additional thermohydrogenous treatment allows for increasing welded strength the construction lowering heat. Means to improve curability constructions are shown.

The paper studies specific aspects of the production process, structure and properties porous permeable materials made fiber VT1-0 grade wire. It is shown that these are perspective for medicine, in particular replacement bone defects. These allow varying porosity related physical mechanical a wide range to bring them tissue characteristics as close possible, provide conditions penetration germination pore spaces, make it plastic without tendency chipping.

The forming of the finely-crystalline α-Al 2 O 3 coating on powder aluminum blank (PB) surface was investigated in course its filtration combustion (FC) air. fine-ground sodium silicate glass used as activating agent introduced into blanks (1 mass percent). It established that full-surface aluminum-oxide 30‒50 centimeters thickness forms after end combustion, having crystals size within 0,1‒2,0 millimeters. density samples is 2,3 g/cm , open porosity 15 %, ultimate bending stress 120 MPa,...

The process solution which allows to prepare the highly porosity Al2O3-ceramics with using of filtration combustion (FC) method is proposed in article. based on oxidizing exothermal reaction (under FC) aluminum powder particle PAP-2, mixed technical alumina spherulites (the material type I), or kaolinic fibers II). Depending PAP-2's volume ration, sintered I has both open between 38 and 50 %, ultimate bending stress 10 MPa. elevated material's thermal stability was estimated by relative...

The engineering aspects are regarded for the porous α-Al 2 O 3 eramics' preparation under zonal densifcation during powder blanks sintering formed out of fnely dispersed end products alumina PAP-2's flake particles air combustion. It was demonstrated that structure in material forming by means local pulloff mechanism which had effect at agglomerated particle boundaries creating open interagglomerate porous, as well sealed intragranular system's arising. obtained ceramics properties following:...

In consequence of mechanical processing powder PAP-2 during 15–180 min were attained its pelletizing and increase bulk density: γ c = 0,4÷1,0 g/cm 3 , in the state free loading, у 0,75÷1,25 after ramming. By means X -ray diffraction analysis grains structure was de- tected a few components Al, that differenced by crystal lattice parameter ( α 0 0,40474÷0,40636 nm), result from distortion owing strike impact hard alloy milling agents. There determined phase θ–Al 2 O (2 %). Physical properties...
