Background: Vitamin D (VD) and gut microbiota (GM) are important variables in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients with bloodstream infections (BSI). Both VD GM play significant roles immune regulation maintaining intestinal barrier function. Methods: This prospective case-control study included 48 consecutive patients who underwent HSCT, as well 20 healthy children from the community. Plasma samples were collected pre- post-HSCT, together post-HSCT fecal...

Abstract In this paper, a Tm:YAP all‐solid‐state continuous wave (CW) and passive Q‐switched (PQS) laser were experimentally proved by using TaTe 2 ‐based saturable absorber (SA) for the first time. Under CW mode, maximum output power was 4.99 W slope efficiency 29.8%. Based on SA, shortest pulse width of 585 ns at central wavelength 1987.9 nm obtained with pump 17.73 W, corresponding to single‐pulse energy 9.7 µJ an average 1.86 W. Also, repetition frequency 202.4 kHz achieved in PQS when 13.51

Abstract In this paper, a doubly passively Q‐switched (PQS) Tm:YAP laser was experimentally realized by using two WS 2 ‐based saturable absorbers (SAs) for the first time. Under PQS operation, pulse width of 0.93 µs at 1989.3 nm obtained with an average output power (AOP) 391 mW and peak 4.04 W. While single SA, 1.63 AOP 676 achieved 3.4 The experiment results indicate conclusion that technology is efficient method to further compress width, enhance stability pulses train, improve laser.

Abstract In this paper, a compact diode‐pumped continuous wave (CW) and passively Q‐switched mode‐locked (QML) Tm:YAG lasers operation on the 3 F 4 – H 6 transition is realized by using tantalum aluminum carbide (Ta AlC ) phase ceramic (MAX) material as saturable absorber (SA). The first stable QML of mid‐infrared laser at 2012.38 nm demonstrated with Ta ‐SA. A was achieved when absorption pumping power reached 14 W. Under mode, generated maximum average output 560 mW an optical‐to‐optical...

Background: At present, the diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs) is difficult and there an urgent need for better diagnostic methods. Methods: This study enrolled 136 patients from 2020 to 2021 collected bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) specimens. We used metatranscriptome analyze microbiome host immune response.Findings: The diversity microbiota in LRTIs significantly decreased, manifested by a decrease abundance normal oropharynx increase opportunistic pathogenic...
