<title>Abstract</title> Anomalous systemic arterial supply to the left basal lung is a rare congenital abnormality and even rarer when associated with dissection of feeding artery. Herein, we report young patient who was hospitalized sudden chest pain, which proved be an abnormal thoracic aorta supplying blood segment inferior lobe lung, artery dissection. It hasn't been reported as far know. The successfully surgically resected recovered well at follow-up.
Successive current trials using immune response checkpoint blockade, the systemic therapy for progressive hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has shifted dramatically towards targeting tumor microenvironment (TME). Locoregional therapies (LRTs) like radiofrequency ablation (RFA)/rhizotomy, trans-arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and surgical resection in initial stages are critical. LRTs perform crucial task of modulating system surrounding tumor, which is great importance prevailing era...
Abstract Background: Solitary fibrous tumor of the pleura (SFTP) is rare mesenchymal tumors that arise at a variety sites and typically originate from pleura. Most patients SFTP are usually asymptomatic unless large. Only about 20% cases malignant. There were few reports imaging diagnosis interventional treatment SFTP. We here in report case giant SFTP, which exhibited malignant behavior underwent successful resection after embolization main supply artery tumor. Case presentation: clinical...
