Vivaldi antenna, a kind of tapered slot is widely used in the design planar ultra wideband antennas. antennas can broaden bandwidth infinitely theory, but improvement gain not prominent because processing technology and dimension. This letter loads antipodal structure on front radiation structure. The results indicate that relative broadens by 79.1% increases 3 dBi at 5.5 GHz 12 GHz. slotting correction makes phrase distribution more symmetrical, enhancing efficiency amplitude distribution....
