We prepared a hybrid electrode comprosed of silver nanowires/poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (AgNW/PEDOT:PSS) nanocomposite for flexible organic light-emitting diodes (FOLEDs). To increase the conductivity PEDOT:PSS, diethylene glycol (DEG) was introduced into PEDOT:PSS solution. The layer shows higher figure merits (FoM) when with optimum amount 7 vol%-DEG in coating solution, due to three-dimensional conducting network formed electrode. perfluorinated ionomer...

Piezoelectric nanogenerators (NGs) consist of zinc oxide nanorods (ZNRs), and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) layers were fabricated on indium tin (ITO)-coated substrate for the energy harvesting system. The formation seed by an optimized aqueous solution method greatly helped growth well-aligned ZNRs NGs. Polyethylenimine (PEI) was added to increase aspect ratio ZNRs, which reached up 24:1, showing best performance PDMS increased work function difference top Ag electrode. thickness as 80 μm,...

Herein, a novel strategy to fabricate haze films employing liquid crystal (LC) technology for photovoltaic (PV) applications is reported. We fabricated high optical film composed of low-molecular LCs and polymer applied the improve energy conversion efficiency PV module. The technique utilized our based on spontaneous polymerization-induced phase separation between polymers. With optimized fabrication conditions, exhibited an value over 95% at 550 nm. By simply attaching onto front surface...

An intriguing and simple method, a two-step polyimide (PI) curing technique, was proposed for the fabrication of flexible plastic liquid crystal (LC) devices. This technique is based on concept that PI interfaces contacted through columnar spacers act as adhesive secure attachment two substrates via process in poly(amic acid)'s (PAA) conversion to PI. A preliminary version LC display employing this fabricated, confirmed useful such applications. The electro-optical reproducibility device...

We applied 4,6-Bis(3,5-di(pyridin-2-yl)phenyl)-2-methylpyrimidine (B2PyMPM), a material with wide bandgap and excellent electron mobility, as the host for emissive layer in red, green, blue organic phosphorescence-emitting devices. In case of red emission, it exhibited stable outstanding external quantum efficiency (EQE) 10.2% along color coordinates (0.68, 0.31), indicating its potential candidate smartphone displays. For green emissions, relatively low electroluminescence characteristics...
