Channel-spark pulsed electron beam deposition (CS), a new method based on simple and inexpensive system, has been used for preparation of high-quality GdBa2Cu3O7-x, Gd1-xEuxBa2Cu3O7-x YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films epitaxially grown NdGaO3 SrTiO3 substrates. Typical critical temperatures zero DC resistance lie in the intervals 87-89 K Y-based 91.0-92.6 Gd- GdEu-based ones. The transition widths best are less than 0.5 K. current densities reach values 3*106 A cm-2 at 77 K, field.

The superconductor-normal-metal phase transitions in V/Cu superlattices have been studied parallel and perpendicular magnetic fields. Two crossovers from three-dimensional to two-dimensional observed magnetoresistance R(H,T) dependencies of the fluctuating conductivity \ensuremath{\sigma}'(T) a field. crossover low field is caused by fact that superconducting coherence length ${\ensuremath{\xi}}_{\mathit{S}}$(T) becomes order superstructure period \ensuremath{\Lambda}. high due competition...
