Abstract The most abundant biopolymer accessible on earth is lignocellulose. hydrolysis of lignocelluloses completed through enzyme groups such as ligninases, hemicelluloses, and cellulases independently together called lignocellulolytic enzymes. This review focused dealing with enhanced production cellulose using modern techniques like strain improvement, consolidated bioprocessing, metabolic engineering, recombinant technology, defines the technology to boost activity its yield....

The present study aimed to optimize culture conditions for optimal growth and production of extracellular lipase. Lipolytic fungal strain named as S3St2 previously isolated from a petrol pump soil sample Newai Town was used optimization study. Among the tested carbohydrate carbon sources, polysaccharide-starch exhibited maximum lipase (21.25±0.70 IU/ml/min) with highest specific activity (1.47±0.06 U/mg). Lipase were higher mustard oil 1 % (v/v) among all lipidic sources. inorganic nitrogen...

The syntheses of 9,9'-spiro-9-silabifluorene as well 1,1-dichloro-1-silafluorene and 1,1-dimethyl-1-silafluorene through the formation 2,2'-dibromobiphenyl have been emphasized with good yields. Their fluorescence spectra are obtained using photoluminescence spectrometer assumed to be precursors development polymers.
