An inclined goaf caused by storage mining is a serious risk to subgrades and pavements. In this paper, effective investigation detection methods of goafs were discussed considering the project Urumqi East Ring Expressway crossing existing Zhongxing no. 2 mine. Moreover, theoretical analysis series field comparative tests, reasonable grouting parameters treatment plan obtained. By comparing test results laboratory, influence groundwater on effect was revealed reduce compressive strength...
Abstract Based on an actual highway project traversing acute inclined shallow mined-out area in Urumqi, China, a scale physical model experiment and numerical simulation method were adopted to study the stability settlement mechanism of subgrade substrata overlying under different mining heights angles. Plastic pneumatic capsules with shapes embedded similar strata made from clay, fine sand, Vaseline simulate cavity. The capsule was removed process mining, five cases angles studied....
