Abstract Structural, dielectric and transport properties of single phase Sr(B′1/3Nb2/3)O3 where (B′ = Mg2+, Co2+, Cu2+) relaxor ferroelectric compounds synthesized by standard solid state reaction technique, are reported here. All the samples exhibit strong correlation between structure, behavior. In this system significant Jahn-Teller distortion, induces enhancement in properties. Further, weak distortion due to unevenly occupied t2g levels Co2+ produces intermediate rise ϵ′ as well inbuilt...

Complex perovskite materials are considered as a boon in this revolutionary era of microelectronic and telecommunications. In paper we have presented the effect replacement Mg2+ by divalent ions (Co2+, Cu2+) Ba(Mg0.33Nb0.67)O3. We studied impact transition elements on structural, micro-structure, dielectric properties. It is observed that replacing Co2+ Cu2+ structural symmetry shifts from hexagonal (BMN, BCoN) to tetragonal (BCuN). Further, morphological study reveals agglomerated grain...

The complex perovskite oxide Ca(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 [CCoN] is synthesized by standard solid state reaction technique. Its structural and dielectric properties are reported here. XRD pattern reveals that CCoN has monoclinic symmetry with space group P21/c. study carried out from room temperature to 350 deg frequency ranging 50 hz–3.2 MHz found constant higher in compared Ca3MgNb2O9 [CMN] along low Transition (Tm). introduced weak John‐Taylor effect on replacement of Mg2+ Co2+ detrimental its loses....

Study of Sr[(Mg0.32Co0.02) Nb0.66]O3 [SMCN] thin films prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition Technique (PLD) were carried out in the temperature range 150 to 450K and frequency 100KHz 1.1MHz. X-ray diffraction film shows single phase formation with monoclinic symmetry. The dielectric properties show enhanced ε' values compared bulk suggesting promising applications alternative technologies. Due simultaneous increase dissipation factor net ac conductivity is found be decreasing. Technologically...

Polymer-Ceramic composite films of Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and Sr(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 (SCN) as filler, were prepared by solution casting technique. The structure microstructure the samples has been characterized using X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy (Fourier transformed spectroscopy) Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Thermal properties are studied means Differential Calorimetry (DSC) revealed that glass transition temperature increases for composites [PVA + 10% SCN (Tg = 109°C)]...
