Using the radiation–chemical simulation method of free radical reactions with 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, we were able to show high antiradical activity water–ethanol extracts from Murraya paniculata. This will allow for creation new bioactive antioxidants based on them. The formation silver nanoparticles (Ag-NP) was determined using silver-ion reduction process by M. paniculata extracts. A band electronic plasmon resonance identified in optical absorption spectra hydrosols Ag-NP dried...
Radiation chemical modeling of redox reactions biologically active compounds from plant materials showed that coumarins possess strong antiradical properties. Data confirming the radioprotective properties these were obtained. Antioxidant activity has been shown for specific medicinal extracts—Melilotus officinalis and Ledum palustre cormus. The radiation transformations revealed an unsubstituted coumarin greater activity.
The biomedical aspects for the use of nanomaterials obtained by «green nanotechnologies» methods diagnosis and treatment various diseases have been considered. following advantages nanomaterials» noted: product’s low cost, production cycle’s short duration, safety, possibility nanoparticle surface modification during manufacturing process. Problems in development discussed, primarily caused lack measures standardization classification observed therapeutic effects depending on synthesis...

Abstract As noted in the literature review, effect of H 2 O on a living cell as an oxidative stress agent is many ways similar to X-ray radiation. In cells, both and irradiation cause induce same system antioxidant anti-stress response. addition, small doses radiation can carry certain signaling functions relation activity microorganisms. this regard, at stage research, it was interesting find out whether exposure dose 400 Gy 800 could be favourable for growth microorganisms with...
In this work, the reactivity of low-molecular-weight chitosan with a hydroxyl radical was evaluated. An enhancement antioxidant properties in presence silver ions has been shown. It determined that under action irradiation on chitosan-silver system, nanoparticles are formed, size which can be controlled by type system.
