To investigate the different effects on osteolysis between commercial pure Ti particles and TiAl6V4 obtained from prosthesis of patients with aseptic loosening.Scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry, diffraction were used for size test, chemical composition phase analysis two kinds particles. Microcomputed tomography (micro-CT) 3-dimensional reconstruction applied to analyze bone loss quantitatively radiologically. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining...

The medical damage litigations after knee arthroplasty are on the rise year by year. However, few studies examined litigation arthroplasty. This study analyzed of replacement in past ten years based a Chinese database. It synthesized focus dispute these cases to provide reference for doctors reduce risk litigation.

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is one of the most common knee injuries for athletes and sports-active people. Arthroscopic reconstruction preferred treatment. Rebuilding ACL rapid return to pre-injury level movement function an important goal athletes. In this paper, use isokinetic strength training methods after rehabilitation effect reported. Thirty-one anterior were divided into two groups respectively subjected 12 weeks' traditional training. It was found that constant joint...
