Abstract A three‐year‐old first lactation Flekvieh heifer was presented with sudden milk drop, anorexia and absence of faeces in the rectum after being perceived as fit healthy day before. Following medical treatment close monitoring, an exploratory laparotomy performed a segmental volvulus part small intestine identified.
