In this study, an artificial intelligence (AI) intrusion detection system using a deep neural network (DNN) was investigated and tested with the KDD Cup 99 dataset in response to ever-evolving attacks. First, data were preprocessed through transformation normalization for input DNN model. The algorithm applied refined preprocessing create learning model, entire used verify it. Finally, accuracy, rate, false alarm rate calculated ascertain efficacy of which found generate good results detection.

We applied genetic algorithm to nurse scheduling problem. For time complexity problem of algorithm, we suggested efficient operators using a cost bit matrix which each cell indicates any violation constraints. A with 1 that the corresponding assignment violates constraints and needs no further consideration. 목적 본 연구는 솔방울(pine cone)을 화장품 소재로서의 활용가능성을 확인하기 위하여 열수(WE), 주정(EE), 초임계방법(SFE)으로 추출하여 비교 실험을 진행하였다. 방법 각 추출방법으로 얻은 추출물의 파이토케미컬 성분을 확인하고자GC/MS로 분석하였고, 총 폴리페놀 함량과 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) 라디칼소거능으로 항산화 활성을 측정하였다. 또한 항균 및 항염증 효과를 분석하였으며, 추출물을 에멀젼 제형에 첨가하여 안정성을 확인하였다. ê²°ê³¼ 함량 측정한 결과 WE는 180.75±1.83 mg/g, EE는 252.69±0.34 SFE는 270.10±0.97 mg/g이 확인되었다.
