Establishing the structure–property relationship for multi-stimuli responsive mechanochromic materials based on charge transfer luminogens.
The oxidative cyclization of aromatic and heteroaromatic nitriles with alkynes in the presence a catalytic amount [{RuCl2(p-cymene)}2], Cu(OAc)2·H2O KPF6 acetic acid under air gave isoquinolones good to excellent yields.
Aromatic nitriles underwent cyclization with activated alkenes in the presence of a ruthenium catalyst, AgSbF6, and Cu(OAc)2·H2O providing substituted 3-methyleneisoindolin-1-ones high Z-stereoselectivity. The Z-stereoselectivity 3-methyleneisoindolin-1-one moiety was controlled by intramolecular hydrogen bonding.
Chelation-assisted alkenylation of ortho C-H bond aryl carbamates with alkynes in the presence a ruthenium catalyst, AgSbF(6) and pivalic acid gives highly substituted alkene derivatives good to excellent yields regio- stereoselective manner.
A concise total synthesis of aristolactam alkaloids by a synergistic combination C–H bond activation and dehydro-Diels–Alder reactions is described.
The ruthenium-catalyzed ortho alkenylation of substituted aromatic and heteroaromatic nitriles with activated alkenes providing alkenylated in a highly regio- stereoselective manner is described.
Abstract The oxidative coupling of phenyl carbamates and acetates with alkenes in the presence a catalytic amount [RuCl 2 ( p ‐cymene)] , AgSbF 6 Cu(OAc) · H O under air provided substituted alkene derivatives highly regio‐ stereoselective manner. reaction was compatible various such as acrylates, vinyl sulfones, acrylonitrile, styrenes. present also electron‐rich, electron‐deficient, halogen substituents on aromatic ring. Further examination done acetates. By using LiOH or K CO 3 base, were...
Abstract We demonstrate synthesis of a new low‐D hybrid perovskitoid (a perovskite‐like halide structure, yellow crystals, P 21/ n space group) using zwitterion cysteamine (2‐aminoethanethiol) linker, and its remarkable molecular diffusion‐controlled crystal‐to‐crystal transformation to Ruddlesden‐Popper phase (Red Pnma group). Our stable intermediate distinctly differs from all previous reports by way unique staggered arrangement holes in the puckered 2D configuration with face‐sharing...
Several new structurally diverse carbonyl functional group-based iodoantimonate organic-inorganic hybrid crystals are synthesized using an in situ formed oxonium cationic precursor. These exhibit interesting optoelectronic properties consistent with DFT calculations. Charge transfer and photoluminescence quenching between these Au nanoparticulate films examined for potential application interest.
"All in one" type luminogens, possessing combined properties related to optical, materials, and biological implications, are of urgent demand today, mainly because the application potential such probes. To best our knowledge, until now, an "all white light emitter together with stimuli-responsive behavior highly efficient mitochondrial-tracking ability has not been reported yet. In this contribution, for first time, we have investigated a pair luminogens exhibiting emission (CIE coordinates:...
A mixed-halide (I/Br) 2D/3D perovskite is formed by incorporating bromide via quaternary alkylammonium salt and iodide methylammonium iodide. The X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the mixed constitution, with both components having halide stoichiometry. Importantly, this tetrabutylammonium incorporated material not only exhibits almost two orders of magnitude enhancement photoluminescence intensity but concurrently a higher photo-stability (at desirable bandgap 1.77 eV) than pure 3D case....
We used mechanism-informed phenotypic screening to identify and optimize compounds that phenocopy the genetic depletion of mitotic aurora kinase B (AURKB) kinase. After assaying nine aryl fused seven-membered lactam compounds, we identified a hit compound 6a was subsequently optimized five lead with low nanomolar activity, represented by 6v (19 nM). With excellent drug-like properties, these reproduced loss function in phenotypes AURKB exhibited potent cytotoxic activities various cancer...
A new strategy has been developed to sensitize centrosymmetrically packed organic luminogens, which generally do not respond external stimuli owing their zero gross dipole moment and degenerate electronic energy states in solid-state packing. To achieve this goal, a series of fused biheterocyclic luminogens exhibiting centrosymmetric packing (P-1 P21/c space group) have synthesized via cost-effective, atom-economical, metal-catalyzed "one-pot" C–H bond activation route. The designed...
Aristolactams are a small group of aporphinoid alkaloids containing phenanthrene chromophore that were first isolated from Aristolochia argentina (Aristolochiaceae), which is the richest source this family alkaloids.
The antibiotic (-)-deacetylanisomycin was synthesized starting from d-tyrosine using Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation as a key reaction.
The quinoxaline derivatives (i-v) were synthesized through cyclization-oxidation of α-bromo carbonyl compounds with o-phenyl diamines (7a and 10a) further coupling at 6-position via Suzuki reaction using PdCl 2 (dppf).DCM, ter.BuNH , Na CO 3 in IPA, H O refluxed for 16 h.As the results antibacterial screening tests done by paper disc method, (i) (v) revealed significant inhibition zone on Bacillus spericus (iii) Escherichia coli cultures.
Mitotic kinesin-like protein 2 (MKLP2/KIF20A) is a key mitotic regulator frequently overexpressed in human malignancies and its abundance positively correlated with poor outcomes of the disease. Despite extensive research on MKLP2 as potential target for oncology, development small-molecule inhibitors specific to remains limited. We have previously identified benzoazipinone compound, HJ81 potent disruptor Aurora kinase B (AURKB) localization during late mitosis. This study reveals that such...
