The present work shows a new contribution to the design of superhydrophobic surfaces with additional function active corrosion protection, through encapsulation inhibiting agents.
The present work reports on a new strategy for fabrication of mechanically stable and environmental‐friendly superhydrophobic surfaces. First, novel cost‐effective approach is developed to synthesize SiO 2 (SH‐SiO ) nanoparticles at room temperature through the reaction between surface reactive groups commercial long‐chain alkyl fluorine‐free organosilane. Then, films are constructed by electrophoresis SH‐SiO into matrix robust highly porous electrodeposited silica film. as‐prepared...
The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility utilizing near-infrared spectroscopy determine water content corn stover silage across a wide range. contents 208 samples were measured, and their corresponding spectra simultaneously collected. effects different preprocessing methods, such as derivation, standard normal variety (SNV), multiplicative scatter correction (MSC), non-preprocessing methods for obtained on performance calibration models compared. established by modified partial...
Abstract In this work, a versatile strategy was proposed to fabricate translucent superhydrophobic coatings by spraying the suspension of modified SiO 2 /polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) on various substrates. The wettability can be adjusted changing mass ratio nanoparticles in suspension. By optimizing parameters process, surface with water contact angle 164.1 ± 3.4° and sliding 4.2 0.4° achieved. As prepared /PDMS show good mechanical durability, chemical stability, self-cleaning performances.
The Mesozoic tectonic transition from the Palaeo-Tethys regime to Palaeo-Pacific in eastern South China Block has long been debated. Geochemical and zircon U–Pb–Hf isotopic studies were conducted on Dashuang complex Zhejiang Province. consists mainly of quartz syenite northwestern part monzonite southeastern part. New laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry U–Pb data show that syenite, monzonite, its chilled margin (fine-grained granite) crystallized at 235 ± 4 Ma, 232 3...
Abstract: Vegetation index—land surface temperature (VI—Ts ) space has been widely used to estimate evapotranspiration and soil moisture. The limitation of this method is the uncertainty observed dry edge, which usually fitted by scatter plots. Here, a was locate true wet edges based on energy balance formulation, simple flux proposed improved Fractional vegetation cover—Land (Fv —Ts space. Seventeen days MODIS products were selected estimated sensible heat (H) compared with Large Aperture...
Abstract Palygorskite is an environmentally friendly, inexpensive, and promising silicate mineral. In this research, nanoscale palygorskite additive powders (NPA) were prepared by high energy ball milling with the modifier γ -aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550). The NPA was sustainably dispersed in base oil 150 N, exhibiting no particle sedimentation for one week. self-healing behavior tribological performance of as lubricant investigated a ring-on-disc tribometer under different...
