Isolated splenic metastases from endometrial cancer, which is a relatively common malignancy, are extremely rare findings; to date, only 14 cases have been reported in the literature.We report patient with isolated of cancer 3 years after radical surgery primary tumor. The was successfully treated by splenectomy and six cycles paclitaxel. Fifty months splenectomy, she alive well, no evidence disease.Isolated spleen metastasis very rare. Radical adjuvant therapy may offer excellent long-term survival.

Primary pancreatic lymphoma (PPL) is a rare tumor that mimics adenocarcinoma, leading to diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.
