Isolated splenic metastases from endometrial cancer, which is a relatively common malignancy, are extremely rare findings; to date, only 14 cases have been reported in the literature.We report patient with isolated of cancer 3 years after radical surgery primary tumor. The was successfully treated by splenectomy and six cycles paclitaxel. Fifty months splenectomy, she alive well, no evidence disease.Isolated spleen metastasis very rare.
