The Hepatitis B virus (HBV) core protein is an attractive target for preventing capsid assembly and viral replication. Drug repurposing strategies have introduced several drugs targeting HBV protein. This study used a fragment-based drug discovery (FBDD) approach to reconstruct repurposed inhibitor some novel antiviral derivatives. Auto Core Fragment in silico Screening (ACFIS) server was deconstruction-reconstruction of Ciclopirox complex with derivatives were ranked based on their free...

Hyperkalemia is a potentially life-threatening electrolyte disturbance that if not diagnosed on time may lead to devastating conditions and sudden cardiac death. Blood sampling for potassium level checks time-consuming can delay the treatment of severe hyperkalemia time. So, we propose non-invasive method correct rapid detection.

Imatinib, a selective BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), was introduced after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). However, the long-term effects of allo-HSCT in phase CML are mostly unknown. We retrospectively analyzed outcomes 204 sibling donors who received peripheral cells and underwent I (CP1) pre- post-TKI era at Shariati Hospital Tehran, Iran, from 1998 to 2017 followed up till end 2021. The median...

<title>Abstract</title> Background MRI is pivotal in breast imaging, encompassing staging, treatment monitoring, and lesion differentiation. While boasts high sensitivity, specificity, utility detecting otherwise unseen lesions, challenges persist accurately distinguishing benign from malignant findings. The study delves into MRI-guided biopsy outcomes highlights the importance of radiologic-pathologic results. Methods This retrospective analyzed 109 biopsies conducted on lesions identified...

Abstract Purpose The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is surrounded the world and associated with multiorgan damage. Olfactory dysfunction a common manifestation in COVID-19 patients, some cases, presents before coryza signs. We conducted this umbrella review to provide practical guide on managing, imaging findings, follow-up of patients olfactory (OD).
