Undoped ZnO and Zn0.97−xAl0.03MnxO (x = 0, 1, 2 3%) nanopowders (NPs) were synthesized by co-precipitation method. They characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR), Raman, UV–visible, photoluminescence (PL) impedance spectroscopies. All samples exhibit a single phase wurtzite type. The average crystallite size lying between 22 42 nm was found to increase for all doped samples. optical transmission in the visible region improved due doping. band gap is range of...

In this research, 3 different low degrees (4, 8, and 14 mol%) of epoxide functionalized natural rubber were prepared via chemical modification rubber, which was then vulcanized. Each them mixed with silica (50 parts per hundred rubber) without a silane coupling agent investigated their properties. It found that the tensile tear properties, as well abrasion resistance filled vulcanizates higher than vulcanizate. These properties improvements could be attributed to interaction silanol groups...

Interaction and surface binding characteristics of staphylococcal protein A (SpA) an anti- Escherichia coli immunoglobulin G (IgG) were studied using the Raman spectroscopy. The tyrosine amino acid residues present in α -helix structure SpA found to be involved interaction with IgG. In bulk condition native proteins was almost preserved where interaction-related changes observed overall secondary ( -helix) SpA. adsorbed state, largely modified, which allowed identification acids IgG...

We report the preparation and characterization of spherical core-shell structured Fe3O4–Au magnetic nanoparticles, modified with two component self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) consisting 3–mercaptophenylboronic acid (3–MBA) 1–decanethiol (1–DT). The rapid room temperature synthesis nanoparticles was achieved using hydroxylamine reduction HAuCl4 on surface ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA)-immobilized iron (magnetite Fe3O4) in presence an aqueous solution hexadecyltrimetylammonium bromide...

Abstract The hydrogenation of natural rubber (NR) and various epoxidized rubbers (ENR) was investigated by using diimide generated in situ from the thermal decomposition p ‐toluenesulfonylhydrazide (TSH) o ‐xylene solution at 135°C. 1 H‐NMR analysis indicated that approximately 85–95% performed with a twofold excess TSH. FT‐IR Raman spectroscopy were employed to confirm microstructure characteristics hydrogenated rubbers. cis – trans isomerization also observed H‐ 13 C‐NMR. signal epoxide...

Natural rubber (NR), an important natural polymer derived from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, has been widely used in industry owing to its excellent elastic properties. However, it requires reinforcing fillers improve mechanical properties for manufacturing of products. Generally, calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is employed as a non-reinforcing filler. This work aimed synthesize spherical-shaped CaCO3 at submicrometric scale without and with surface treatment explore utilization filler NR...
