Undoped ZnO and Zn0.97−xAl0.03MnxO (x = 0, 1, 2 3%) nanopowders (NPs) were synthesized by co-precipitation method. They characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR), Raman, UV–visible, photoluminescence (PL) impedance spectroscopies. All samples exhibit a single phase wurtzite type. The average crystallite size lying between 22 42 nm was found to increase for all doped samples. optical transmission in the visible region improved due doping. band gap is range of...
Raman spectroscopy of radiation-damaged natural zircon samples shows increased line broadening and shifts phonon frequencies with increasing radiation dose. Stretching bending SiO4tetrahedra soften dramatically damage. The frequency can be used to determine the degree Broad spectral bands related Si-O stretching vibrations between 900 1000 cm-1were observed in metamict/amorphous zircon. radiation-dose-independent profiles coexistence this broad background relative sharp modes partially...
In this research, 3 different low degrees (4, 8, and 14 mol%) of epoxide functionalized natural rubber were prepared via chemical modification rubber, which was then vulcanized. Each them mixed with silica (50 parts per hundred rubber) without a silane coupling agent investigated their properties. It found that the tensile tear properties, as well abrasion resistance filled vulcanizates higher than vulcanizate. These properties improvements could be attributed to interaction silanol groups...
The study of $(1\ensuremath{-}x){\text{PbMg}}_{1/3}{\text{Nb}}_{2/3}{\text{O}}_{3}\text{\ensuremath{-}}x{\text{PbTiO}}_{3}$ (PMN-PT) single crystals where $x$ is 0, 0.09, 0.21, 0.28, 0.32, 0.35, and 0.38 was carried out with the use x-ray, dielectric, Raman scattering techniques in a wide temperature range. In this work, special attention paid to analysis spectra. However, results structural dielectric studies were used better interpret features. On basis these studies, phase diagram given....
Interaction and surface binding characteristics of staphylococcal protein A (SpA) an anti- Escherichia coli immunoglobulin G (IgG) were studied using the Raman spectroscopy. The tyrosine amino acid residues present in α -helix structure SpA found to be involved interaction with IgG. In bulk condition native proteins was almost preserved where interaction-related changes observed overall secondary ( -helix) SpA. adsorbed state, largely modified, which allowed identification acids IgG...
Copper-doped ZnO nanoparticles with a dopant concentration varying from 1-7 mol% were synthesized and their structural, magnetic, photocatalytic properties studied using XRD, TEM, SQUID magnetometry, EPR, UV-vis spectroscopy, first-principles methods within the framework of density functional theory (DFT). Structural analysis indicated highly crystalline Cu-doped hexagonal wurtzite structure, irrespective concentration. EDX EPR studies incorporation doped Cu
We report the preparation and characterization of spherical core-shell structured Fe3O4–Au magnetic nanoparticles, modified with two component self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) consisting 3–mercaptophenylboronic acid (3–MBA) 1–decanethiol (1–DT). The rapid room temperature synthesis nanoparticles was achieved using hydroxylamine reduction HAuCl4 on surface ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA)-immobilized iron (magnetite Fe3O4) in presence an aqueous solution hexadecyltrimetylammonium bromide...
The cubic-rhombohedral structural phase transition that occurs in M${\mathrm{F}}_{3}$ compounds (M=Al,Cr,Ga,V,Fe,In) is studied by calorimetric measurements (differential scanning calorimetry, differential thermal analysis) and Raman scattering. temperatures the hysteresis are determined with precision. spectra of fluorides have been collected at room temperature high temperature. An assignment four Raman-active modes rhombohedral proposed on basis group-theory analysis cubic phase. study...
Abstract The hydrogenation of natural rubber (NR) and various epoxidized rubbers (ENR) was investigated by using diimide generated in situ from the thermal decomposition p ‐toluenesulfonylhydrazide (TSH) o ‐xylene solution at 135°C. 1 H‐NMR analysis indicated that approximately 85–95% performed with a twofold excess TSH. FT‐IR Raman spectroscopy were employed to confirm microstructure characteristics hydrogenated rubbers. cis – trans isomerization also observed H‐ 13 C‐NMR. signal epoxide...
Natural rubber (NR), an important natural polymer derived from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, has been widely used in industry owing to its excellent elastic properties. However, it requires reinforcing fillers improve mechanical properties for manufacturing of products. Generally, calcium carbonate (CaCO3) is employed as a non-reinforcing filler. This work aimed synthesize spherical-shaped CaCO3 at submicrometric scale without and with surface treatment explore utilization filler NR...
Natural rubber (NR), a natural product from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, has been developed as photosensitive mechanical modifier utilized in lithography-based three-dimensional (3D) printing technology. Here, we transformed NR to (PNR) by incorporating acrylate groups via chemical modifications. The acrylated was blended with commercial resin (CR) at various contents (0 3 wt %) simple mixing approach. solidified pattern desired specimen using digital light processing-based 3D printer....
New methods for pathogens identification are of growing interest in clinical and food sectors. The challenge remains to develop rapid that more simple, reliable, specific. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) appears be a promising tool compete with current untargeted methods. This article presents the intensive research devoted use SERS bacterial identification, from first very recent published results. Compared normal spectroscopy, introduction nanoparticles acquisition introduces...
