Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer‐related deaths worldwide. Recent advances in whole genome transcriptome analysis have enabled identification numerous members a novel class non‐coding RNAs, i.e., long RNAs (lncRNAs), which play important roles wide range biological processes and whose deregulation causes human disease, including cancer. Herein we provide comprehensive survey lncRNAs associated with lung cancer, particular focus on functions that either facilitate or inhibit...

Abstract Despite the availability of various diagnostic procedures, a tissue biopsy is still indispensable for routine diagnosis lung cancer. However, inaccurate diagnoses can occur, leading to inefficient cancer management. In this context, use circulating micro RNA s (mi s) may serve as tools liquid biopsies, and biomarkers better understand molecular mechanisms involved in progression We identified miR‐590‐5p potential prognostic marker non‐small cell ( NSCLC ). were able detect mi blood...

Dysregulated expression profiles of microRNAs (miRNAs) have been observed in several types cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); however, the diagnostic and prognostic potential circulating miRNAs NSCLC remains largely undefined. Here we found that miR-320a was significantly down-regulated (~5.87-fold; p < 0.0001) patients ( n = 80) compared to matched control plasma samples from healthy subjects 80). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed with lower levels had...

We present the discovery and characterization of a sub-Saturn exoplanet, TOI-6038~A~b, using PARAS-2 spectrograph. The planet orbits bright ($m_V=9.9$), metal-rich late F-type star, TOI-6038~A, with $T_{\rm{eff}}=6110\pm100~\mathrm{K}$, $\log{g}=4.118^{+0.015}_{-0.025}$, $[{\rm{Fe/H}}]=0.124^{+0.079}_{-0.077}$ dex. system also contains wide-orbit binary companion, TOI-6038~B, an early K-type star at projected separation $\approx3217$ AU. combined radial velocity data from photometric...

Despite the availability of advanced technology to detect and treat esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), 5-year survival rate ESCC patients is still meager. Recently, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as essential players in diagnosis prognosis various cancers. This pilot study focused on identifying circulating lncRNAs liquid biopsy markers for ESCC.We performed next-generation sequencing (NGS) profile healthy individuals' blood samples. The functional success of the reversal vas occlusion by styrene maleic anhydride (RISUG), using solvent vehicle, Dimethyl Sulphoxide (DMSO), has been investigated. Reversal with DMSO was carried out in Wistar albino rats 90 days after bilateral occlusion. body weight, organ sperm characteristics, fertility test and teratology, including skeletal morphology were evaluated animals F(1) progenies to assess reversal. We present the discovery of a transiting massive giant planet around TOI-4603, sub-giant F-type star from NASA’s Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS). The newly discovered has radius 1.042 −0.035 +0.038 R J and an orbital period 7.24599 −0.00021 +0.00022 days. Using radial velocity measurements with PARAS TRES spectrographs, we determined planet’s mass to be 12.89 −0.57 +0.58 M , resulting in bulk density 14.1 −1.6 +1.7 g cm −3 .
