The high temperature shape memory properties of polyimides based on π–π interaction are investigated in this study.
Both conventional friction stir welding (C-FSW) and stationary shoulder (S-FSW) were employed to join the Al-7075 butt-lap structure, then microstructural evolution mechanical characterization of all FSW joints systematically studied. The C-FSW joint exhibited a rough surface with flashes arc corrugations, while S-FSW became smooth. Moreover, for joint, shoulder-affected zone got eliminated material flow mode during was changed owning application shoulder. Furthermore, in comparison C-FSW,...
The highly excited super-Tonks-Girardeau (sTG) gas was recently observed to be extremely stable in the presence of a weak dipolar repulsion. Here we reveal underlying reason for this mysterious phenomenon. By exactly solving trapped small clusters with both contact and interactions, show that lies distinct spectral responses between sTG its decaying channel (bound state) when interaction is present. Specifically, tiny force can produce visible energy shift localized bound state, but hardly...
In this study, dissimilar AA7075/Q235 steel joints were successfully fabricated by friction stir welding (FSW), and the grains of AA7075 in nugget zone (NZ) refined mixed with broken Q235 fragments (i.e., particles, strips, blocks). Meanwhile, intermetallic compound (IMC) layers generated along aluminum/steel (Al/steel) interface due to occurrence Al/steel diffusion. The results also revealed that macro- microstructures FSW varied depending on heat input; under cold condition, micro-defects...
Based on theoretical calculations, laboratory simulation research and industrial production data analysis combined with characterisations such as metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission (TEM) microhardness testing, this study investigated the state of occurrence precipitation law vanadium (V) in microalloyed steel to determine a reasonable process for V steel. The results showed that V(C,N) phase was main form precipitated after transformation austenite...
