We engineered novel T5-like bacteriophage (phage) with extended host ranges by editing the long-tail fibers (PB3 and PB4) to combat Salmonella Enteritidis. By replacing PB3 PB4 regions of phage PH204 those from SP76, we created phages RPA1 − 3 RPB1 3, which exhibited expanded ranges, lysing 54 strains compared original 30 strains. These retained biological characteristics PH204, including temperature, pH stability adsorption rate. In milk, inhibited ZWSA605 growth, reducing bacterial counts...

Abstract BACKGROUND The total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB‐N) is the main indicator for evaluating freshness of fish meal, and accurate detection monitoring TVB‐N great significance health animals humans. Here, to realize fast identification TVB‐N, in this article, a self‐developed electronic nose (e‐nose) was used, mapping relationship between gas sensor response characteristic information value established complete detection. RESULTS variation curve decomposed into seven subsequences with...

This study investigated the curative and toxic effects of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT), using repeated CT scans for field reduction in older non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. 3D-CRT was administered to 36 patients with NSCLC, irradiation fields included primary lesion metastatic lymph nodes. After localization scanning, images were fed into a treatment planning system delineate gross tumor volume (GTV)1 prepare Plan 1. DT50 (dose is 50 Gy) increased from Gy 25...

Abstract To improve the classification and regression performance of total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB‐N) acid value (AV) different freshness fish meal samples detected by a metal‐oxide semiconductor electronic nose (MOS e‐nose), 402 original features, 62 manually extracted selected features RFRFE method, long short‐term memory (LSTM) network were used as inputs to identify freshness. The grades estimation TVB‐N AV values with compared. According sensor response curve, preprocessing feature...

Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) is a disease caused by an abnormal reaction between the body's autoimmunity and central nervous system, in which immune response targets antigenic components within or on surface of neuronal cells. The main manifestations are mental behavioural changes, cognitive impairment, impaired consciousness, seizures, movement disorders, etc. Most cell antibodies respond well to immunotherapy, intracellular antibodies, other hand, usually associated with more tumours...
