We performed modeling and simulation of Cu(In, Ga)Se <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> (CIGS) thin film solar cell, using SCAPS-1D device simulator, we especially investigated the influence absorber back surface region grading. The band-gap in region, as well thickness grading layer, were varied to achieve optimal performances. Based on these results, an back-grading structure for cell is proposed. It shown that,...

Colorless, incessant radon gas is notably the second most important cause of lung cancer after smoking in smokers and first non-smokers. Having little effect atmosphere, accumulates confined spaces. Therefore, determination concentrations inside residential buildings very to improve health inhabitants. The objective this research measure concentration indoor air areas city Kaya assess absorbed dose, effective dose relative risk cancer. In study, CORENTIUM AIR THINGS digital detector used...

In this paper, based on numerical simulation, the SCAPS-1D software was used to simultaneously study influence of surface defect layer (SDL) and molybdenum diselenide (MoSe2) performance CIGS solar cell. These two defects layers are respectively formed at front interface (CdS/CIGS) back (CIGS/ Mo) by atomic inter-diffusion. Simultaneous analysis SDL MoSe2 thickness revealed that optimum is achieved for 10 nm 35 MoSe2. A gap energy obtained 1.25 eV 1.35 layer. Next, a ultra-thin cell with...

In a context of climate change exacerbated by the increasing scarcity fossil fuels, renewable energies, in particular photovoltaic solar energy, offer promising alternative. Solar energy is non-polluting, globally available and most widely distributed resource on Earth. However, intermittency this source considerably limits its expansion. To solve problem, storage techniques are being used, particular, electrochemical using lithium-ion batteries. article, we will evaluate performance...
