Abstract To present a 29‐year‐old immunocompetent patient with neurosyphilitic changes characterized by multiple acute ischemic brain strokes along significant narrowing of several large intracranial arteries. Ceftriaxone treatment for 14 days followed benzathine benzylpenicillin weekly additional 3 weeks, showed improvement in meningovascular changes.
Objective: To present 29-year-old patient with neurosyphilitic changes characterized by multiple acute ischemic brain strokes along significant narrowing of several large intracranial arteries. After treatment ceftriaxone for 14 days following benzathine benzylpenicillin weekly additional three weeks, meningovascular regressed.
