In order to support biomolecule attachment, an effective electrochemical transducer matrix for biosensing devices needs have many specialized properties, including quick electron transfer, stability, high surface area, biocompatibility, and the presence of particular functional groups. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, gel electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, fluorescence spectroscopy, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy are common techniques used assess biomarkers. Even though these...
This study investigated the effect of water chestnut shell (WCS) biochar (WCSB) addition on biogas production from rice husk by anaerobic digestion. The reactor had a working volume 500 mL containing seeding sludge 150 and substrate 350 mL. It was maintained at 35℃ operated with batch mode. WCSB (250, 450, 750℃) additions were 0, 0.7, 1.4, 2.8 g (0, 0.035, 0.07, 0.14g biochar/g VS) respectively. Results showed that WCS higher compared to those 1.4 g. different 250℃ ranked as (39.76) >...
The controlled-release characteristic of drug delivery systems is utilized to increase the residence time therapeutic agents in human body. This study aimed formulate and characterize salsalate (SSL)-loaded chitosan nanoparticles (CSNPs) prepared using ionic gelation method assess their vitro release antibacterial antibiofilm activities. optimized CSNPs CSNP-SSL formulation were characterized for particle size (156.4 ± 12.7 nm 132.8 17.4 nm), polydispersity index (0.489 0.011 0.236 132...
