In this study, an 18-membered triazacrown ether was prepared using three synthetic approaches to compare their efficiency. The method utilizing the macrocyclization reaction through formation of a Schiff base turned out be most convenient one. complexing features new chelator PADPy bearing two pyridyl chelating groups towards Pb2+ ions studied by ESI MS and 1H NMR spectroscopy. inclusive complex 1:1 composition shown.
In this article, we report to the best of our knowledge first modification NPs with ligands for combined radiopharmaceuticals. Nanoparticles suitable magnetic properties can be used both diagnostics as a contrast MRI and therapy, including insufficiently studied magneto-mechanical therapy. Strontium hexaferrite is one few hard-magnetic materials which stable biocompatible colloidal solutions obtained. nanoparticles coated silicon dioxide (SHF@SiO2) were modified an amino silane coupling...
This study is one of the first attempts to assess CeO2 nanoparticles as a nanoplatform for radiopharmaceuticals with radionuclides. The process functionalization using bifunctional azacrown ligand described, and resulting conjugates are characterized by IR Raman spectroscopy. Their complexes 207Bi show high stability in medically relevant media, thus encouraging further these vivo potential combined radiopharmaceuticals.
The application of nanoparticles is promising for the purposes nuclear medicine due to possibilities using them as vectors and transporters radionuclides.
In this article, we present the synthesis and characterization of new acyclic pyridine-containing polyaminocarboxylate ligands H4aPyta H6aPyha, which differ in structural rigidity number chelating groups. Their abilities to form complexes with Cu
Synthetic ways to introduce functional groups (CO2Me, CO2H, OCH2CO2H, OCH2C≡CH, CH2OH, CH2Cl, CH2N3) into the pyridine ring of pyridine-containing azacrown compounds are described. These were introduced at position-4 ring, while keeping macrocyclic carboxylate available for metal chelation. The derivatives obtained by macrocyclization reaction 4-substituted, trimethyl pyridine-2,4,6-tricarboxylate or modification methyl ester group in fragment macrocycles. Obtained can be applied preparing...
Abstract In this work we presented a synthesis and investigation of relative acyclic macrocyclic polyamines with picolinate pendant arms as potential chelators for copper radiopharmaceuticals. It has been shown that linear lacking bisamide moiety are much more basic form complexes higher stability constants compared to ones. Both types ligands possess many donor sites due groups enabling formation polynuclear in the solution solid state. According crystal structures metal cations coordinates...
Background. By 2020, breast cancer (BC) has become the most frequent malignancy in world. The common type of BC is HR+/HER2-negative cancer,2540% which harbors PIK3CA mutations that affect catalytic subunit PI3K protein. alterations are actionable, as such neoplasms can be treated with a combination fulvestrant and inhibitor alpelisib. As have an extremely versatile effect on characteristics tumor cell, numerous associations various clinico-pathological traced.

In this work, we investigated the possibility of synthesizing highly transparent ceramics based on ytterbium activated yttrium oxide (Yb:Y2O3) under conditions introducing an additional stage calcined nanopowder sedimentation into fabrication process. The selected for study was produced by laser ablation Yb:Y2O3 target followed vapor condensation in carrier gas stream. obtained nanoparticles had a monoclinic modification. Their transformation to cubic phase, carried out at temperature 900 °C...
With increasing clinical applications and interest in targeted alpha therapy, there is growing developing alternative chelating agents for [212Pb]Pb2+ [212/213Bi]Bi3+ that exhibit rapid radiolabeling kinetics kinetic inertness. Herein we report the synthesis detailed investigation of diacetate dipicolinate 18- 21-membered macrocyclic chelators BADA-18, BADA-21, BADPA-18, BADPA-21 complexation Pb2+ Bi3+ ions with potential use preparation radiopharmaceuticals. The formation mononuclear...
