In this study, the surface of covered stent was treated by plasma technology to introduce amino functional groups, and glutaraldehyde heparin were successfully grafted prepare a heparin-functionalized (HPLCS). The preparation parameters such as treatment power, time, concentration heparin, pH solution studied in detail. functionalized can make titer reach 1.23 ± 0.03 IU/cm2. animal experiments, after implantation pigs for 6 months, still 0.93 0.05 This work provides good method preparing stent.
