Post-traumatic peritendinous adhesion presents a significant challenge in clinical medicine. 以3.5 mm厚的Al-5.41Zn-1.79Mg-0.45Mn合金板为例,观察基体析出物(MPts)与晶界析出物(GBPs)的尺寸关系,系统研究了沉淀物构型对合金板拉伸和疲劳性能的影响,该材料经过固溶处理后,在120 °C和200 °C下进行不同时间的时效。结果表明:当基体中完全存在6.5 ± 0.5 nm半相干η'相时,GBPs为η相,尺寸为27 1 nm,沉淀自由区(PFZ)宽度为30 nm,合金板具有最佳的合成性能,屈服强度、抗拉强度分别为461±6 MPa, 107个循环±应力比为20.5 MPa/205 MPa时,疲劳寿命分别为495 6 MPa,×为(9.7 5.1)。在200 °C时效的合金板中观察到MPts与GBPs之间的尺寸关系异常,MPts的尺寸比GBPs粗1.4倍。合金板在120 °C时效1 h的疲劳寿命比在200 h的合金板长35倍以上,但强度和伸长率大致相同。
