A novel Ni-Fe bimetal with high dechlorination activity for 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) was prepared by ball milling (BM) in this study. A new hierarchical porous zeolite–diatomite composite (see Figure inset) of excellent mechanical and chemical stability, after immobilization Co 2+ by an ion‐exchange process, was utilized as a packing sorbent for the separation peptides proteins containing histidine clusters.
