Abstract The blend ratio and thickness of the PM6:PY‐IT active layer are optimized to realize highly efficient all‐polymer organic photodetectors (OPDs). Ultralow dark current densities less than 5.92 × 10 −10 A cm −2 (at −1 V) appear when layers have thicknesses in range 250–400 nm ratios between 1:1 1:1.4, suggesting a wide fabrication window. Fast rise/fall times 560/250 ns measured with cut‐off frequency 530 kHz for OPD incorporating 250‐nm‐thick blend. This provides superior...

Abstract BACKGROUND Multiple disease screening may have several advantages over single because of the economics scale, with high yield detecting asymptomatic diseases, identification multiple diseases or risk factors simultaneously, enhancement attendance rate, and efficiency follow‐up. METHODS An integrated model community‐based was designed conducted between 1999 2001 in Keelung, Taiwan. The authors used a Papanicolaou (Pap) smear program as base to integrate other regimens encompassing...

Care retention and medication adherence are crucial for individuals living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Discrepancies exist between real-world evidence randomized trials regarding early antiretroviral therapy (ART) initiation care retention. We investigated the effects of same-day ART on discontinuation in new patients acquired syndrome (AIDS) those newly infected HIV. The two groups commenced from January 2017 to December 2021 Taiwan. Data were collected National Health...

Abstract Psoriasis increases the incidence of hypertension and cardiovascular disease. However, its effect on course disease remains unknown. To investigate whether patients with psoriasis have a higher requirement for procedure surgery than but without psoriasis, we used Taiwan National Health Insurance Research Database to identify new‐onset during 2005–2006. Among these patients, those ( n = 4039) were matched in 1:1 ratio by age sex psoriasis. The association between interventions was...

We aimed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of atezolizumab plus bevacizumab (atezo-bev) versus sorafenib treatment in Taiwan.Using as comparator, we developed a partitioned survival model costs and quality-adjusted life year (QALY) atezo-bev treatment. The time horizon study was 15 years, annual discount rate 3%. analyzed incremental ratio (ICER) net monetary benefit (INMB) from effects (determined progression-free overall outcomes IMbrave150 study), direct medical (collected estimated...

Abstract We measured neutralizing antibodies (nAbs) against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in a cohort of 235 convalescent patients (representing 384 analytic samples). They were followed for up to 588 days after the first report onset Taiwan. A proposed Bayesian approach was used estimate nAb dynamics postvaccination. This model revealed that titer reached its peak (1819.70 IU/mL) by 161 postvaccination and decreased 154.18 IU/mL day 360. Thus, titers declined...

Background The prognosis of high or markedly low diastolic blood pressure (DBP) with normalized on‐treatment systolic on major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) is uncertain. This study examined whether treated isolated hypertension (IDH) and DBP (ILDBP) were associated MACEs in patients hypertension. Methods Results A total 7582 <130 mm Hg from SPRINT (Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention Trial) categorized the basis average DBP: <60 (n=1031; ILDBP), 60 to 79 (n=5432), ≥80...

Abstract Background Hormone therapy (HT) use among menopausal women declined after negative information from the 2002 Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) HT study. The 2017 post-intervention follow-up WHI study revealed that did not increase long-term mortality. However, studies on effects of updated findings are lacking. Thus, we assessed impact in Taiwan. Methods We identified 1,869,050 aged 50–60 years, between June and December 2017, health insurance claims data to compare 3 months preceding...

Methods 7582 hypertensive patients SBP <130 mmHg from the Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention Trial (SPRINT) categorized based average DBP: <60 (n=1031; ILDBP), 60–79 (n=5432), ≥80...

We have studied the temperature behavior of electrical resistivities ρ(T) in a series tin‐doped indium‐oxide films with different residual ρ0 varying from 218 to 568 μΩ cm. found that dependence ρ can be well described by Bloch‐Grüneisen law 300 K down about 100 K. In particular, we observed strength electron‐phonon coupling, βBG (which characterizes prefactor formula) increases linearly increasing ρ0. This result is not understood terms current theoretical concept for interaction metals.
