To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of collagen peptides, peptides from cod skin were prepared to assess their in vitro and vivo efficacy against ulcerative colitis. The results show that demonstrated by inhibiting secretion pro-inflammatory cytokines reducing oxidative stress vitro. In vivo, significantly reduced colonic tissue damage, modulated serum cytokine balance, increased expression tight junction proteins ZO-1, Occludin, Claudin-1 colon tissue, enhanced abundance beneficial...

The purpose of this research was to explore the impact collagen peptides derived from cod (Gadus) skin on H2O2-induced 2BS senescence cells. model induced by H2O2 established determine cell proliferation rate, ROS level, apoptosis, and peroxidase content after intervention optimal dose peptides. Collagen effectively suppressed apoptosis in cells, substantially decreasing MDA levels. Furthermore, SOD CAT activities were significantly elevated. In summary, have demonstrated a significant...

Objective: To develop an efficient method for extracting gelatin from Yanbian cattle skin and to study its anti‐inflammatory effects. Methods: Gelatin was extracted using enzymatic hydrolysis water extraction techniques. The basic structures of the prepared were analyzed Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy, amino acid analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (MALDI‐TOF...
