A 2 year old boy was admitted owing to a subacute episode of ataxic gait and hearing deficit. Computerized tomography (CT) normal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis revealed gamma globul.ns level 15.4% (normal 7 14%). There spontaneous remission after months. Thirty-two children (21 female and 11 male), between 7 14 years old, with chronic daily headache (CDH) were consecutively included in a prospective, randomized, double blind, placebo controlled crossover study. The patients divided group I (fluoxetine vs. placebo), 17 II (placebo fluoxetine), 15 patients.
