The induced growth of ZnO thin film by crystallized amorpous as seed crystalline at 80°C has been studied. The transforming process of amorphous ZnO/nanocrystalline ZnO was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra.
