The self-assembly process of metal nanoparticles has aroused wide attention due to its low cost and simplicity. However, most the recently reported systems only involve two or fewer metals. Herein, we first report a successful synthesis self-assembled Ag@AuCu trimetal nanoplates in aqueous solution. building blocks multibranched AuCu alloy nanocrystals were synthesized by chemical reduction method. growth Ag onto presence hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC) induces formation...
The time-reversal odd (T−odd) transverse spin current induced by the spin-splitter effect (SSE) in d-wave altermagnet has gained much attention owing to its high charge-spin conversion efficiency. This study conducted a comprehensive investigation into unconventional Hall (SHE) for series of Cr0.5X0.5O2 (X=Ti,V,Os,Fe) compounds through ab initio calculations, and introduced concept crystal SHE our investigated system as counterpart SSE altermagnet. It was found that SHE-induced exists...
The induced growth of ZnO thin film by crystallized amorpous as seed crystalline at 80°C has been studied. In order to the better understanding mechanism films, a comparison, we respectively prepared films and 100°C for 30h (both them). results AFM show that sample surface was more rough than 80°C. We mainly studied model films. Through theoretical analysis modeling ideas, found pattern is Stranski-Krastanov (SK) model, also give schematic diagram crystal low temperature self assembly on...
The transforming process of amorphous ZnO/nanocrystalline ZnO was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. XRD TEM indicate that the gradually transformed to nanocrystalline from ~2.3nm ~21nm were prepared following increase reaction temperature. Ultraviolet (UV) PL illuminates there is an obvious quantum size effect in samples. Visible different with previous reports. Research indicates interface between reason visible...
