The present study was performed to determine the depuration time and ability of Donax trunculus (Wedge Clam) Tapes decussatus (Carpet Shell) contaminated with Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica subsp. serovar Typhimurium Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
