This study investigates the localization and functional role of TRIM27, USP7, PML protein complex. Utilizing confocal microscopy techniques bioinformatic analysis, we demonstrate existence a stable TRIM27-USP7-PML Furthermore, show that approximately 25 % TRIM27 partners interact with primary function this group being associated negative regulation DNA transcription.
