Schwannomas are common peripheral nerve sheath tumors that typically occur on the head, neck, trunk, or extremities. Intra-abdominal schwannomas, however, rare. We describe a young woman who presented for imaging evaluation of suspected nephrolithiasis and was incidentally found to have schwannoma centered within pancreatic parenchyma.
