Abstract This work investigates the effect of specimen dimension on tensile behaviour and superelasticity plateau NiTi alloy with composition 56.31 wt.% Ni 43.69 Ti. This paper is focused on the implementation of a Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) inside an FPGA circuit aimed at specific application in field comparison two time scales maintained by primary standards (atomic clocks).
