Segmented polyurethanes (SPU) were synthesized with Pluronic F127 (PLU) as soft segment and 4,4′-methylene-bis(cyclohexyl) diisocyanate (HMDI) Metformin (Met) rigid (HMDI-Met) while antidiabetic content increased by using 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% of segments.
