Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal neurological disorder characterized by progressive degeneration of nerve cells in the spinal cord and brain. We generated human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from skin fibroblasts patient with ALS due to SOD1 Mutation. The pluripotency these iPSCs was verified expression several markers at both RNA protein levels, as well their capability differentiate into all three germ layers.

Abnormal trinucleotide CAG repeat expansions in exon 10 of the ataxin-3 (ATXN3) gene has been identified as cause Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type 3 (SCA3). We generated and characterized a human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from skin fibroblasts patient with genetically confirmed SCA3. The pluripotency these iPSCs was verified by expression several undifferentiated hPSCs markers at both RNA protein levels, well their capability to differentiate into all three germ layers.

Multicellular organisms rely on cellular communication to function. Numerous biological activities depend the dynamic networks created by communication. In neuroinflammation, crosstalk between astrocytes and microglia plays a crucial role. Aberrant interactions these two sub-types of glial cells have been implicated in several neuroimmunological diseases, such as multiple sclerosis (MS)—a chronic inflammatory disorder central nervous system (CNS)—and its preclinical model, experimental...

We used a non-integrated reprogramming approach to establish human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) line (INNDSUi004-A) from the skin fibroblasts of 13-year-old female individual with Congenital Nemaline Myopath. The cells obtained have typical characteristics embryonic cells, show expression specific pluripotency markers, and can differentiate into three germ layers in vitro. This iPSC has genetic information patient is good model for studying disease mechanisms developing novel therapies.

We obtained skin fibroblasts from a 34-year-old healthy woman and established human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) line (INDSUi005-A) using non-integrated reprogramming approach. The cells have typical characteristics of embryonic cells, can express specific pluripotency markers the ability to differentiate into three germ layers in vitro. This iPSC be used as an vitro model for studying disease mechanisms developing novel therapies.

A 60-year-old woman presented with a history of "pathological myopia combined macular hole retinal detachment, " for which she underwent vitrectomy, internal limiting membrane tamponade, and silicone oil filling surgery one year ago. Seven months ago, the was removed. She now returned to seek medical attention as her visual acuity has declined by 10 diopters. Examination revealed recurrence detachment. The patient treated amniotic tamponade filling. During surgery, frozen cut into 2 mm ×...
