[목적] 본 연구는 8주간의 기구 필라테스 운동프로그램의 적용이 근력, 유연성, 순발력, 심폐지구력의 체력요인과 등 속성 장비를 이용한 다양한 관절에서의 근기능에 대한 효과를 규명하여 운동처방프로그램 구성을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] D 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생 30명을 대상으로 8주간 운동프로그램 체중심 기능에 주요한 요부 및 고관절 근기능 측정을 실시하였다. [결과] 중재는 악 력과 유연성 안정시 심박수 체력요인들이 유의하게 긍정적으로 개선되었다. 또한, 굴곡의 근기능이 유 의하게 향상되었다. [결론] 체력요인 고관절의 개선에 긍정 적인 미치는 운동 방법이라는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 규칙적인 운동은 전반적인 신체기능의 유지 효과적인 운동프로그램이 될 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.
