This paper proposes a model of neural network which can be used to combine Long Short Term Memory networks (LSTM) with Deep Neural Networks (DNN). Autocorrelation coefficient is added improve the accuracy prediction model. It provide better than other traditional precision And after considering autocorrelation features, LSTM and DNN has certain advantages in large granularity data sets. Several experiments were held using real-world show effectivity considered.

Based on the daily price data of Shanghai and London gold spot markets, we applied detrended cross-correlation analysis (DCCA) moving average (DMCA) methods to quantify power-law between domestic international markets. Results show that cross-correlations Chinese markets are multifractal. Furthermore, forward DMCA backward seems outperform DCCA centered for short-range series, which confirms comparison results artificial in L. Y. He S. P. Chen [Physica A 390 (2011) 3806–3814]. Background COVID-19 could develop severe respiratory symptoms in certain infected patients, especially the patients with immune disorders. Gut microbiome and plasma metabolome act important immunological modulators human body contribute to responses impacting progression of COVID-19. However, causal relationship between specific intestinal bacteria, metabolites remains not clear. Methods Based on two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) framework, effects 131 taxa 452 were evaluated. Single...

This paper proposes a metallic fracture estimation method that combines digital image correlation and convolutional neural networks, based on proven theory the strain distribution of component changes when crack occurs in structure. By using correlation, achieves noncontact nondestructive sensing, as well high interference immunity. We utilize system to produce graphs reflect occurrences propagations fractures during fatigue processes. A deep residual network (ResNet) regression model is...

In order to analyze the uncertainty existing in stability of slope with geocell, fuzziness soil property parameters should be considered. this paper, probability density function structural performance and membership geocell was determined. The fuzzy reliability model established. failure instability were calculated, practicability calculated verified.

This paper focuses on stability analysis of an artificial rock mass slope by a nonlinear finite element method (FEM). For long time, problem is always important research issue in the field geotechnical engineering, which related to human life and property safety as well engineering security efficiency. Therefore, evaluation great significance. The static dynamic WuAn power plant China carried respectively this using strength reduction FLAC3D software. In analysis, instability criterions are...

Abstract Background Transplant rejection and failure are the primary causes of short life in transplant patients, mechanism is yet unknown. A number recent research findings point to a possible association between gut microbiome transplantation failure. However, it unclear if part microbiota cause Methods Mendelian randomization study was carried out test potential causal relationship Three GWAS results were used, one for microbiome, failure, status. As instrumental variables, SNPs with...

Abstract Purpose: Carbapenem-resistant organisms (CROs) pose great challenges for clinical treatment. Polymyxin B (PMB) is one of the “last resort” choices CRO infections. We explored possible factors affecting PMB efficacy. Methods: This retrospective study involved infected patients treated with ≥72 h. The endpoint indicator was compared characteristics (demographics, pathogenic bacteria, treatment) between who had “clinical success” (CS) and failure” (CF). Results: A total 192 were...
