Milk is a highly nutritious food to the human diet. Therefore, it necessary ensure quality of for people consumption. In this study, we determine essential nutrients (protein and fat) heavy metal concentrations (Pb Cd) raw cow's milk from 15 collection centres in East Azerbaijan province, Iran. Sampling was carried out during one-year period according standard method. Heavy metals nutritional parameters were analysed using MilkoScan FT 6000 inductively coupled plasma optical emission...

Aloe vera extract's effect on Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) residue and yolk oxidative stability was examined in samples. The results indicated that of AB1 AF-Aloe (100 300 ppm) treated groups were lower than the control day 14 not detected 28. lipid peroxidation level all significantly (p<0.05) positive group. weight, production, carotenoid eggs statistically significant between groups. These indicate extract can be effective diminishing AFB1.

Background: Antioxidants are commonly used in food products to prolong their shelf life. Regarding the potential risks of synthetic antioxidants, people’s tendency toward natural antioxidants is growing. The present study was designed evaluate antioxidant activities some fruits versus such as Butylated Hydroxytoluene (BHT). Methods: In this study, alcoholic extract including grape, date, olive, fig and pomegranate BHT were evaluated by using egg yolk. oxidative stability samples measured...

Poultry meat is very susceptible to oxidation because of the high concentration polyunsaturated fatty acids, which negatively affects quality and nutritional values chicken meat. Coccidiosis most common parasitic disease poultry. Intending limit anti-parasites usage in poultry feed also concerns about antibiotic resistance residues products, there a need for research discover natural alternatives. The effect nanocurcumin on antioxidant profile (carotenoid vitamin E contents, lipid capacity)...
