The phase and composition depth distributions of a low-energy (0.7 keV), high-flux (2.5 mA/cm2) N implanted fcc AISI 304 stainless steel held at 400 °C have been investigated by step-wise Ar+ beam sputter removal in conjunction with conversion electron Mössbauer spectroscopy x-ray diffraction (XRD). A metastable, fcc, high-N (γN), both magnetic paramagnetic characteristics, was found to be distributed the layer generated low-energy, elevated temperature, implantation conditions. γN...
Abstract Staphylococcus epidermidis is the primary cause of medical device‐related infections due to its adhesion and biofilm forming abilities on biomaterial surfaces. For this reason development new materials surfaces prevent bacterial inevitable. In study, S. strain YT‐169a nitrogen (N) ion implanted as well as‐polished CoCrMo alloy were investigated. A grade was with 60 keV N ions a high dose 1.9 × 10 18 ions/cm 2 at substrate temperatures 200 400°C. The near‐surface layer crystal...
We examine high quality, single crystal CdTe epilayer grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) on (2 1 1)B GaAs substrate using both positions and full width at half maximums (FWHMs) of reciprocal lattice points (RLPs).Our results demonstrate that space mapping (RSM) is an effective way to study the structural characteristics high-index oriented epitaxial thin films having a large mismatch with substrate. The measurement method defined first, then influence shear strain (ε xz ) position (5 1)...
Introduction Lisfranc injuries are rare, often missed, and may cause permanent structural deterioration of tarsometatarsal joint, despite optimal management. Consequently, a injury lead to disruption the biomechanics normal foot during walking alter plantar pressure distribution, which is essential for proper gait mechanics. Therefore, main purpose study was specify dynamic pressure, radiographic clinical features, after surgically managed injuries. Methods This carried out over period 10...
We study threading dislocation (TD) density of high-quality cadmium telluride (CdTe) layers grown on a (211) oriented GaAs substrate by molecular beam epitaxy. High-resolution X-ray diffraction was performed to calculate the screw-type TDs measuring broadening asymmetrical (511) Bragg reflections CdTe epilayers. In addition, total TD densities were determined Everson-etching method and compared with screw TDs. Our results show that in films dominated those character. The component are...
A patient with highly limited options for psychotherapy, who was moreover not an ideal candidate standard forms of therapy, nevertheless able to maintain effective, if unusual, therapeutic relationship long duration. The combination patient, therapist, and milieu gave rise accommodations innovations that have practical theoretical significance.
