A new catalytic radical system involving CoII -based metalloradical catalysis is effective in activating sulfamoyl azides for enantioselective 1,6-amination of C(sp3 )-H bonds, affording six-membered chiral heterocyclic sulfamides high yields with excellent enantioselectivities. The -catalyzed C-H amination features an unusual degree functional-group tolerance and chemoselectivity. unique reactivity stereoselectivity attributed to the underlying stepwise pathway. resulting optically active...
The cobalt(II) complex of 3,5-DitBu-IbuPhyrin, [Co(P1)], is an effective catalyst for intramolecular amination electron-deficient C–H bonds, including those adjacent to electron-withdrawing CO2R, C(O)NR2, C(O)R, and CN groups, in excellent yields with high regio- stereoselectivity. [Co(P1)]-catalyzed system provides a direct method the synthesis α-amino acid derivatives from corresponding carboxylate precursors.
Both arylsulfonyl and alkylsulfonyl azides can be effectively activated by the cobalt(II) complexes of D2-symmetric chiral amidoporphyrins for enantioselective radical 1,5-C–H amination to stereoselectively construct 5-membered cyclic sulfonamides. In addition C–H bonds with varied electronic properties, Co(II)-based metalloradical system features chemoselective allylic is compatible heteroaryl groups, producing functionalized sulfonamides in high yields enantioselectivities. The unique...
Abstract Aquaculture is an important source of high‐quality protein and plays a crucial role in ensuring global food security. However, viral diseases have caused significant damage to aquaculture production, making it necessary develop effective measures treat them. Although drugs are commonly used diseases, recent studies shown that crude extracts medicinal plants their active ingredients potential applications the treatment aquatic diseases. Furthermore, natural small molecule compounds...
Excellent chemoselectivity for intramolecular allylic C–H aminationversus CC aziridination was achieved through Co(II)-based metalloradical catalysis. Metalloradical catalyst [Co(P1)], the cobalt(II) complex of D2h-symmetric porphyrin 3,5-DitBu-IbuPhyrin, shown to be highly effective selective amination both N-bishomoallylic and N-allylic sulfamoyl azides. The Co(II)-catalyzed 1,6-C–H these azides provides a general efficient method access synthetically useful 1,3-diamines under neutral...
Abstract Novel D 2 ‐symmetric chiral amidoporphyrins with alkyl bridges across two amide units on both sides of the porphyrin plane (designated “HuPhyrin”) have been effectively constructed in a modular fashion to permit variation bridge length. The Co II complexes HuPhyrin, [Co(HuPhyrin)], represent new‐generation metalloradical catalysts where metal‐centered d‐radical is situated inside cavity‐like ligand more rigid environment and enhanced hydrogen‐bonding capability. As demonstrated...
Spring viremia of carp virus (SVCV) is globally widespread and poses a serious threat to aquatic ecology aquaculture due its broad host range. To develop effective agents control SVCV infection, we selected 16 naturally active small molecules assess their anti-SVCV activity. Notably, dihydroartemisinin (DHA) (100 µmol/L) (S, S)-(+)-tetrandrine (TET) (16 exhibited high antiviral effects in epithelioma papulosum cyprinid (EPC) cells, with inhibitory rates 70.11% 73.54%, respectively. The...
As the concentration of microplastics/microspheres (MPs) in coastal and estuarine regions increases, likelihood disease outbreaks epidemics also rises. Our study investigated impact polyvinyl chloride MPs (PVC-MPs) on white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) infection shrimp. The results revealed that PVC-MPs obviously increased WSSV replication vivo, leading to a high mortality rate among larvae facilitating horizontal transmission WSSV. Furthermore, data loads detected together with qPCR, agarose...
Berberine (BBR), a well-known quaternary ammonium alkaloid, is recognized for its ability to prevent and alleviate metabolic disorders because of anti-oxidative anti-inflammatory properties. However, the underlying mechanisms BBR mitigate fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome (FLHS) through modulation gut microbiota their metabolism remained unclear. The results revealed that ameliorates lipid disorder in high-energy low-protein (HELP) diet-induced FLHS laying hens, as evidenced by improved...
