In this paper, we fabricated a bionanocomposite film of glucose oxidase/Pt nanoparticles/graphene-chitosan (GOD/PtNPs/GR-Chit) for sensing. In this article, graphite oxide was prepared via Hummers method, then reduced by L-ascorbic acid to obtain colloidal suspension of graphene. The resultant graphene characterized FT-IR, UV-vis, Raman, XRD, AFM, TEM in detail, and it found that the sp2 domain is restored efficiently, very stable most single-layer.
