Nano-sized chromium oxide (Cr2O3) was synthesized by sol-gel method and mixed with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to produce nanocomposite films. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) used observe the morphology dispersion of Cr2O3 on surface PVA X-ray diffraction (XRD) performed nano-sized Cr2O3, pure PVA, Cr2O3/PVA composites. Based results both XRD high-resolution transmission (HR-TEM), average particle size ≈ 46 nm. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that thermal stability degree...
The dielectric permittivity (ɛ′), electric modulus (M″), and ac conductivity (σac) of pure polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) PVDF containing 3 wt.% RCl3 (R = Er or Gd) were measured. incorporation ErCl3 GdCl3 within the matrix is found significantly to increase its ɛ′ σac. All investigated samples show different relaxation processes studied temperature frequency ranges. first process αa-relaxation, which occurs around glass transition temperature, Tg. second αc-relaxation, associated with...
Abstract Poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate), PHB, is a widely distributed carbon storage polymer among prokaryotes including Rhizobium . Capacities of etli R13 to produce the bioplastic during growth on media with different sources appeared be specific carbon‐source. In fed batch fermentation, R. resulted in cell dry weight 6.2 g/L and PHB 51.4%. Gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry gel permeation chromatography analysis revealed that produced from was solely composed 3‐hydroxybutyric acid molecular...
The effect of doping Al0.01Sr0.99TiO3 on the structural, ferroelectric and storage energy properties Al0.01Ba0.99TiO3, (1 − x) Al0.01Ba0.99TiO3-(x)Al0.01Sr0.99TiO3 (x = 0, 0.005, 0.010, 0.015) was investigated. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns revealed that studied samples adopt single phase tetragonal with space group symmetry P4mm. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) showed particle size pure Al0.01Ba0.99TiO3 (ABTO) affected by (ASTO) content. dielectric study ABTO...
Abstract 2,7‐Di‐ tert ‐butylpyrene was oxidized to 2,7‐di‐ ‐butylpyrene‐4,5,9,10‐tetraone. The latter through condensation reaction with vicinal diamine such as diaminomaleodinitrile afforded heterocyclic monomer, ‐butyl pyrene[4,5][9,10]bis(2,3‐pyrazine‐5,6‐dinitrile), which cyclotetramerized the corresponding 2H‐ and metal‐pyrazinoporphyrazine‐based network polymers (2H‐PyzPz M‐PyzPz, M = Co, Ni, Zn, or Cu). Elemental analytical results, Infrared, NMR spectral data of new prepared...
Polyaniline (PANI) film prepared from using water-soluble support polymer polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) has been irradiated with 95 MeV oxygen (O6+) ions at the fluences 1011 to 1012 ions/cm2. The thermal, dielectric, structural and microstructural properties of samples are investigated by differential scanning calorimeter thermogravimetric analysis, LCR meter, X-ray diffraction electron microscope. studies reveal that amorphization on irradiation which may be due scission bonds as there is a...
The structural, electrical and magnetic properties of Sr1-xBixTiO3-δ, (x = 0.10, 0.20, 0.30) ceramics have been investigated. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) patterns at room temperature indicate that the structure samples is cubic with Pm3 m space symmetry group. conduction all investigated follows three-dimensional variable-range hopping (VRH) model within range 100 K ≤ T 300 K. It was noticed paramagnetic behaviour depends on content Bi ions. effective moment increased as increased.
