Individuals with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) suffer from a multitude of concurrent morbidities including cardiovascular disease (CVD). Limited data exists comparing long term (CVD) clinical outcomes for patients treated surgical intervention versus continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP).
