In this study, we developed a monoclonal antibody against picoxystrobin (PIC). After cell fusion, four lines (3C2, 4D1, 4G4 and 5D4) capable of producing antibodies oxystrobin were obtained. The produced by the line 3C2 was most sensitive to PIC, its IC50 value 0.1 ng/ml. then used prepare immunochromatographic strips, cut-off values in both phosphate-buffered saline solution cucumber samples 50 100 ng/ml, respectively.
